As we think, so we are.  It doesn't matter what sort of problems we have faced in life. Everybody does. It's a fact, that to achieve anything in life one has to cross many hurdles. Sometimes we meet our desired goals. While other times we falter in spite of trying many times. Destiny might play a spoilsport. However, we need to be positive. Being positive 24/7 is the key to leading a stress free and progressive life. It's not easy. The mind has to be trained to be positive. A kite flies against the wind, yet it still looks majestic and vibrant against the backdrop of those blue skies. Such has to be the nature of a human being also. One has to be prepared for bad times, while staying positive.  Even an ant, which is one of the minutest creatures on earth, crawls on a wall.  It falls and falters but finally reaches the source of its food. Simply speaking when ants can, why can't we? Meditation is one way by which one can develop positivity. It cleanses and purifies the mind. It makes one focused. The best time to meditate is early morning. The mind is fresh in the morning and the body is also light.

Be positive, stay healthy.
