You held my hands at the sight of the first light

You screamed for me when there was a mouse jumping around inside (feeling hungry)

You sat next to me, scratching your forehead, when I knew it was just another puzzle in your head

You shared those moments with me, where you were embarrassed during your teens

Some moments which were creepy to me, I never discouraged you to share those with me,

as you were my best friend to be

You kept me aside when this chick came alive,

I was jealous from inside, as I was now number 2 from your side,

But I still knew you would come to me, when the chick broke your rhythmic beat.

I was always there waiting for you with a smile,

But you never realized as she had swept you from Inside,

You became close to her, as you left me on the dark side.

You turned in to this beast, when she finally broke u down with ease

You drank and drank and drank like you never had a moment to be

I woke you up from the dark liquid that kept you asleep

I cried as I cursed that chick from inside, to what she had done to my boy from outside

Tears were running like someone had left the tap broken.

I couldn’t spare to see that sight.
