Once upon a night,
Moon sang to the stars
They smiled with twinkling eyes,
You, Me were stardust bright
Glowing in silver of moonlight
Unaware of ticking watches
We talked, smiled, laughed
Teased the sky till it blushed
Tickled the sea with our feet
And let the sand caress our cheeks
In the corners of your lips
Were arcs of a merry night
Could have kissed you then,
But the moment passed away
Blending in shadows of time
