Alka Balain is a poet and painter residing in Singapore. She loves to explore the dimensions of the metaphysical - spiritual world. Alka has received Wordsmith Award appreciation from the Asian Literary Society for poetry and is one of the shortlisted winners of the Poetry Festival of Singapore-Catharsis 2021. Alka has been published by the Asian Literary Society, kitaab.org and Usawa Literary review. She has exhibited her artwork in art galleries in Singapore and online.
