A graduate of Washington & Lee University, he studied biology and data science while co-founding W&L Remote Area Medical—an award-winning initiative delivering free clinical services to underserved communities. He also served as principal cellist and mentor, reflecting his commitment to both excellence and leadership. A certified EMT and lifelong automobile enthusiast, Neil rebuilt his first clunker at sixteen and drove it to the highest motorable road in America—an early expression of his grit and curiosity. Today, he brings the same innovative mindset and problem-solving drive to Deloitte, working at the intersection of technology, data, and human-centered solutions.
