From Animation film to NDTV in New Delhi,thereby Producer in Sahara Samay,New Delhi and thereafter as the Station Head of Zee News in Kolkata has experienced and excelled different aspects of communication media while working.

He was recognized as the "Best TV Journalist" in the year 2009 by KKN Journalism Awards and "Award of Best News Writing" in the year 2012

Joydeep Das Gupta now is Consultant for UTV, Consulting Editor of Corporate Tycoons, Columnist for Uday India and conceived the idea of "Just Do It".
