Ramya Srinivasan is a freelance writer from Bengaluru. A
BITS Pilani and IIMB graduate, she worked as a techie
for twelve years before becoming a full-time writer. Her
features, travelogues, and book reviews have been published
in online and print magazines such as Mint, Hindu Business
Line, Deccan Herald, The Wire, and Harmony – Celebrate Age.
Her short stories have been published in literary magazines
such as Third Lane, MeanPepperVine, and Tell Me Your Stories
and in anthologies such as The Mask, Skin, and Kintsugi,
and longlisted in the Strands International Flash Fiction
Competition. Her personal essay, The Dream is Still On, was
published in the Chicken Soup for the Indian Entrepreneur’s
Soul. In 2015, she was the runner-up at the ‘Writer of the
Year’ awards instituted by Writer’s Bureau, UK.
