Ruchin Kansal is a leadership educator, advisor, and author who helps individuals and organizations embrace transformation in an increasingly complex world. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, he has journeyed from India to global boardrooms and classrooms, informing a practical, human-centered approach to leadership and innovation. A professor at Seton Hall University and Brown University, he is the author of Redefining Innovation and has held senior executive roles in strategy and innovation at EY, Deloitte, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Siemens Healthineers. Outside of work, he nurtures a lifelong love for building, cars, and travel—and encourages others to shape the future with curiosity, creativity, and courage.
