The Disappearance of Mita Dey: Readomania Singles
Mo, the taciturn amateur detective, finds a message in her Facebook ‘other’ folder, asking for her help. Though it is a few weeks old, Mo is intrigued by the problem ─ a middle-aged Englishman has gone missing after he had declared his intentions of travelling to India. The lady he was coming to meet, Mita Dey, is said to have died of Covid in the meantime, around the time he was scheduled to arrive in Kolkata.
Mo accepts the case from the Englishman’s son and goes in search of the missing people, with her young cousin, Brinda in tow. What looks like a simple case of missing people, is not at all what it seems. Can Mo solve this mystery? And will the answers she finds solve the problem it all began with?
