I am an information technology professional who has been working in the IT field for the past twenty-seven years. I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (formerly Institute of Technology, BHU) in 1988 with a B-Tech in Metallurgical Engineering. I joined the IT profession in 1991. I am a passionate reader of books both fiction and non-fiction. I take a keen interest in sports, especially cricket and tennis. In addition, am also interested in politics and music. I take a keen interest in technology. I love to write about anything that catches my fancy in everyday life. I am a published poet. I maintain a personal blog at Jai's Jottings. I have also published two eBooks on Amazon. These belong to the thriller fiction genre and are titled ‘Eighty Hours to Save Karen’ and ‘The Krishnapur Kidnappings'. In addition, I have also penned a book in the sports genre titled ‘A To Z Of Men And Women Who Excelled In Sports’.
