His body lies entangled
On the corner of the street
Once a bystander
Now a victim of a crime
Cars pass by
But the people inside don’t seem to care
The bystanders just stand there
As blood trickles out of him
He thinks he’s reaching the end
And he wonders
What did he do wrong?
He is just a kid
