Breaking free is what I wanted,
From all the shackles that have daunted.
Want to soak the warmth of sunlight,
Want some silence and peace in my right.
Come shower me with the bliss of harmony,
Cool down the seething heart brimming with agony.
Thoughts are mighty and should be weeded out,
Blade by blade identify and pull them out.
Till the time I am cleansed and purged,
Resonating with new zest emerged.
To take up new challenge every day,
Keeping all the darkness at bay.
Singing to my heart and dancing to my might,
I wish my journey across my life remains bright.
