Confusion of the Heart

He came as an illusion, left my heart in confusion.... 

Although, I am not a fool, I really thought he was the one!

Always, my heart recognized, the silence in his words,

But he ignored my fondness and named it 'desperation'.

I waited for  second...for minutes...for hours...for days...

But all I got were his silence and absence of words...

And I bitterly supposed it as answer...

Each and every time, I set my mind to grow stronger

But it still hurts in my heart...

I wish I could ask him to stay,

Yes, he left absolutely nothing for me to say.

Even so, I cherish his part in my life,

Every single day!
