You seemed to have forgotton, O Musafir!

those days when you stood up tall

against one and all

and let the atrocities attack you, but you never bent

you never fell small...

Your ideasl, your beliefs ,were above all

but you seem to have forgotten

your pages filled with dreams, lay somewhere far...

banished, rotten

It saddens me, it breaks my heart

to see you in this ocean of luxury

you think you are swimming

with wealth you are brimming

but do you realise,  you are trying to live in illusions, fantasize

forgetting what you are,

the solo shining star!

Don't drown, don't sink

you are at the edge of the brink!

Wake up, O Musafir,

from this sleep of delusions

you have to chase your dream with open eyes

You owe it,to the ones who look up to you, once again be the voice!

Raise your concerns, Make some noise

Write the stories that are bold and true

it's all at stake, depends on you !!

Your thousand unspoken words should be so loud

that they dispel away any gloomy clouds

above the noisy disturbing crowd..

O Musafir,  Raise the flame so high

Let your words take over, its your call,

don't look back now, don't deny

Else my heart will bleed, my hopes will die....

We'll share the pain

For my sake, be yourself again,  O Musafir..
