Spirituality: A Journey to Infinity

To adore thy beauty in my eyes,
To praise thy name in my soul,
To hold thy glimpse in my heart,
I bow to thee. I bow to thee. I bow to thee.

Since my childhood, I had a habit. I used to gaze at the sky, for long and long. I never counted the time. Perhaps, I never wanted to frame the time that was passing by gazing at the night sky.
Rather, I wanted to be lost in the journey of infinity.
Infinity. This is how I see my journey of spirituality. Somehow I feel there is another universe that is calling me. Since childhood, I am in the search of another universe. My universe? No, I don't define it as my universe. Maybe, that universe is much bigger than this universe; maybe, that universe is living within my inner universe.
I want to know this another universe. I want to know the unknown. Since the day I touched a speck of that universe, I started this journey. Sometimes I feel, this is a journey within. Sometimes I feel, this is a journey towards infinity.
I ask myself, "What is spirituality?" I hear a whisper. I hear a voice from far away, whispering into my ears, “This is the journey to infinity. The journey to touch a speck of eternity and within that one moment, you will embrace a story, thousand years old. The journey to hold a glimpse of the universe you have been seeking so long.”
This is my journey towards the unknown. I feel I am a pilgrim of this journey called infinity. I want to touch infinity. I want to know myself in the form of knowing this infinity. I want to see a glimpse of me, dissolving into the speck coming from, infinity.
If someone asks me how I want to define the word Spirituality, I will have only one answer: It is my journey to infinity. Or perhaps, this is my journey to beyond.
For me, spirituality is something that is beyond everything. Beyond anything, you can define. Beyond anything you can see, you can hear, you can touch. Beyond anything, you can name.
If you can define anything if you can put a limit to something, that can’t be defined as infinity. Therefore, I will not name my realization of Spirituality. I will not define my concept of Spirituality.
For me, Spirituality is the medium in which I have become a pilgrim of eternity. For this journey is a pilgrimage, and I am a pilgrim of eternity.
Sometimes, Spirituality for me is touching a speck of the light that is guiding us towards the sea of unbound grace.
Sometimes, Spirituality for me is realizing an eternal connection between me and the other universe. Realizing an everlasting bond of faith with the supreme power. Realizing that there is a veil between me and infinity, and when this veil will fall, there will arise splendid dawn. And thus, the daybreak will come.
Spirituality for me is when I sit for meditation and sink deep into the ocean of void. And slowly, gradually, I realize the truth that everything is an illusion except the universe within.
Many times I have lost faith in the supreme power. But miraculously, I have discovered that there is always someone who showed me the light in the dark and helped me to restore my faith in myself and the divine power. I have realized, someone is always there, to protect my power, to protect my peace.
I have realized that there is someone to guide me towards the light, towards truth, towards the horizon where this ‘I’ will meet infinity.
This is how I see my journey of Spirituality. Bowing my head to the power, the light, I praise the name, and I hold a glimpse of that eternal grace in my heart’s furthest corner.
A seed of light is planted inside my heart. Spirituality is the journey through which this seed will spread its petals of light.
While sitting for meditating, closing my eyes, slowly, forgetting the material world around me. And then, gradually, sinking myself to the deeper level of consciousness, to converse with my inner voice, and to transcend to the sea of infinity.
I feel there is another dimension where there is no earth, no sky, no sea. Sometimes I feel in that dimension, there is no time; only eternity. And thus I transcend my inner self to the other universe by embracing the light of my heart.
Losing the existence of this self and dancing beyond. In that universe, there will be nothing to desire, nothing to behold. Only renounce, embracing infinity.
Unleashing the inner universe, unravelling the miracles within, unfolding the lotus of the heart.
This is what Spirituality for me; to know what this soul hides beneath, going beyond this ‘I’.
