Resilient and determined to bloom
Whatever be the surroundings—
Just like a lotus, my country's youth.
Deftness, a trait of a tiger
Competent to shield its sovereignty;
Look! These are my soldiers' virtues.
Roots deep in the soil
An enormous canopy
Ready to offer its refuge
Protecting from every adversity—
Just like a banyan, the elders of my homeland.
She embraces who comes her way
Forgiving their offenses,
Bringing about prosperity,
Flexible, adapting through her journey—
Like the Ganges is the woman of my nation.
