Long before humans walked the land,
There roamed huge beasts, both fierce and grand.
With roars so loud, they shook the ground,
And deadly footsteps made no sound.

The T-Rex ruled with teeth so wide,
No one escaped if they tried to hide.
Its eyes could see in darkest night,
It hunted strong, it hunted right.

In oceans deep, where light won’t go,
The Megalodon swam fast and slow.
As big as buses, jaws of doom,
One snap, and silence filled the gloom.

The Titanoboa, long and tight,
Could crush its prey with deadly might.
It slithered through the ancient trees,
And hissed like whispers on the breeze.

Volcanoes roared, the sky turned red,
As ash and fire struck fear and dread.
The comet came, the earth stood still,
The age of giants bent to will.

But fossils now beneath our feet,
Still hold the tale of each heartbeat.
Their bones may rest, their time may end
But ancient fears still like to bend.

So if you hear a rumble low,
Or feel a chill begin to grow...
Just know the world was once a fight
Of giant beasts and ancient fright.
