We created smiles, without desire
With time, discarded it for want of desire

Marvelled at the beauty of the moment
In short whispers, I sang you a lullaby
I see the calm sea, never your steps
I scream out to you, you cannot hear
The voices merged at the horizon
The sky’s still grey, with or without you
It is boundless, like we wished to be
