Down a lane to memories, she searched for an ally,

Numerous questions stand out against a single reply,

Her soft tongue voiced sorrows, deep.

Yes, their meeting was exactly like threading the needle.

Just like the wind sighs in trees, green

Not a single clumsy thought obscured,

the two hearts serene.
