As a girl teenager, growing in a prosperous family
With luxuries all around and fulfillment of desires easily…
Sometimes we overlook other important aspects of life
Give the innocence away and all necessary strife…
Easy to fall prey to flatterers and difficult to reason right
Desire to have a loved one and to sit with him in the twilight…
With their minds containing rust
And loved often replaced by lust…
But life is never the same and people often not as they appear
Just as the upper side of the grass always looks greener…
At this age of feelings and raging hormones
I know it is difficult but you’ll have to control these inner cyclones…
It is said as you grow so shall you reap
The other side is to loosen your tempest and eventually weep…
Baby I don’t seem to take away your freedom, neither wanna act as old
Coz I’ve heard somewhere deepest care is the biggest sorrow in the world…
With another year in your teenage
I wish you come out of this mundane cage…
May God enlighten you and you began reasoning
Grows maturity within you and give up questioning…
Finally, you may rise and strife
And do something with your life.
