I Am Hopeful…………………..

I am hopeful,

Hopeful to realize what I have seen,

The visions of peace within,

Hoping with each passing day,

To dream something new as they say,

Then slowly working on realities,

To make it seem more real.

Sometimes being hopeful is annoying,

Annoying as its wants patience,

Patience of the heart and mind,

To hold on, to believe in

I am hopeful………………………..

Hopeful that this long wait shall end one day,

That my peace is not far away,

I'll know what happiness really means,

I'll know what my purpose is herein,

Herein I stand, stand staring at the bright moon,

Brightest when darkness approaches,

To be like the moon I wish,

To let despair vanish from my soul

To let not blackness cast a deep hole.

I am hopeful,

Hopeful that my path shall be clear to me one day,

The path leading to my home, my heart,

This is how life had started,

I, in a small womb had breathed,

Breathed and dreamt to be big,

I had dreamt to have wings,

Wings of my own,

Listening to the calling winds,

My wings would have taken me away,

Towards my shiny moon,

Towards the brightness of my soul

I am hopeful..........................

I shall find myself at last,

In this world of people and Ocean’s vast.
