The hall was set, all bright and grand,
With flowers, streamers, oh so planned!
The stage stood tall, the mic was checked,
“Hullooo! One, two, three…” Perfect!
The students sat in nervous cheer,
Their graduation day was here!
All of them dreamed of a big, shiny prize—
“Best Outgoing Cat”—the greatest surprise!
Parents sat and watched with pride,
But some had no family by their side.
Once lost and lonely, now they stand,
With knowledge gained, their futures planned.
Then music played, the crowd stood tall,
The chief guest marched into the hall.
Mr. Tom Cat, so proud and grand,
The CEO of Catter Vault Bank!
Mrs. Wise Cat, strong and kind,
Welcomed all with a speech refined.
Then Tom Cat spoke (oh, what a bore!),
He talked and talked… and even more!
Students slouched, their heads drooped low,
Then—SNORE!—a sound began to grow!
A chair then scraped, a whisper spread,
Tom Cat blinked and turned quite red!
“Time to call the Roll of Honour,”
Said Wise Cat, saving them from horror.
The first name called was Cat—hooray!
He jumped up bright without delay.
The Horrible Five just snickered near—
Merrily, Ginger, Rancid, Storm, and Black were here.
But Cat stood tall as Wise Cat said,
“The smartest cat who’s ever led!”
The medal shined, the crowd all cheered,
But Cat just smiled and felt a tear.
He looked around, his heart felt tight,
No family there… but that’s all right.
The feast began, oh what a spread!
Sandwiches, pastries, warm buttered bread!
But oh no—here came the Horrible Five!
Gobbling fast, with greedy eyes!
Cat dashed forward, quick and slick,
Grabbing treats—he must be quick!
Not much left, but that’s okay,
Tomorrow would bring another day!
As evening fell, it was time to part,
Mrs. Wise Cat spoke from the heart.
"You’ll go far, my clever friend!"
Cat grinned, "I'll reach the top—just wait till then!"
Through the park, he danced with glee,
Watching kids laugh, wild and free.
With dreams so big and heart so light,
Cat slept happy that very night.
"I can't wait," he purred, snuggling tight,
"To show the world my skills so bright!"
